Cancellation Policy
You may use the online scheduler to cancel or re-schedule your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment start time. If you are unable to make your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, please call or text the office to let Jason know as soon as you can. Missed appointments with less than 24 hours notice, but at least two hours notice will be charged the lesser of 50% of the session price, or $25. Missed appointments without notification or with less than two hours notice will be charged the lesser of $50, or the full price of the session.
